This Shipping & Return Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment, delivery, and resolution of order issues for products (“Products”) purchased from Bioyards, LLC (“Bioyards,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through our website at www.bioyards.com (the “Site”).
By placing an order on the Site, you agree to the terms of this Policy.


1. Shipping and Delivery

1.1 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been received, unless otherwise stated by a backorder or preorder date.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, promotional events, or inventory restocks.

1.2 Shipping Methods and Rates

  • We currently offer standard ground shipping within the continental United States.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional charge.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total order weight and destination.

  • We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

1.3 Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Expedited shipping typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Bioyards is not responsible for delays once the order has been transferred to the carrier.

1.4 Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

1.5 Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Bioyards are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier.


2. Returns and Refunds

2.1 Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, Bioyards does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This policy ensures the integrity, safety, and quality of all soil vitality products shipped to our customers.

2.2 Order Issues or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bioyards.com.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will work promptly to rectify the issue by issuing a replacement or other appropriate resolution at our discretion.

2.3 Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.


3. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

All Bioyards products are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes:

  • Opened or unopened products

  • Items purchased through third-party retailers or resellers

  • Gift cards, promotional items, or free samples
